Hostfayy.com provides domain registration and hosting services, which are digital and time-sensitive in nature. Due to the immediate provisioning and registration process, refunds can only be offered as Hostfayy.com credits.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact our Customer Support team within three (3) days of the original transaction or through our customer support portal 
• Provide your order number, domain name(s), and hosting account information.
• Clearly state the reason for your refund request.

4. Refund Processing

• Once your refund request is received, it will be reviewed by our Customer Support team.
• If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund as Hostfayy.com credit to your account.
• Hostfayy.com credit can be used for future purchases of hosting and domain services on our platform.

5. Exclusions

Please note that certain situations may not be eligible for refunds:

• Services provided beyond the initial three (3) days of the transaction date.
• Violation of Hostfayy.com’s Terms of Service.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Any additional services or products purchased alongside hosting or domain registration.
